Dear Parent/Carer,

As you may be aware from our previous emails, Tuesday 23rd January is our Year 7 Academic Review Day from 2.30pm - 6.00pm. We are now able to conduct meetings with teachers in person but will use the electronic booking system (School Cloud) to help address the challenge of making appointments.

The appointments will happen on the school site but you can use your mobile phone to check appointment times on the day itself.

School Cloud allows you to choose your own appointment times with teachers and you will receive an email confirming your appointments. We are confident this will be an improvement to the previous system and welcome any feedback. Please note, appointments are for a 6-minute period. They'll conclude after 5 mins to allow time for parents/carers to transition to the next meeting.

Please note that some staff have multiple classes so appointment slots for these are at a premium, meaning appointments will be offered on a 1st come 1st served basis. Your child must accompany you to the review meetings as it provides important guidance which will benefit them. This is your opportunity to ask questions and receive feedback from teaching staff. Given it is such an important year we'd expect 100% engagement from parents. Please be aware bookings close on Monday 22nd January.
