  • Working together for Apprentice Partnership success

    Published 11/11/21

We recently celebrated the first year of Reach, our unique Trust led career program. It brings local businesses and academies together to address social mobility, develop key employability skills and prepare students for the world of work.

Following on from that success Co-op Academy Bebington took part a new apprenticeship programme after being approached by Co-op Property. They partnered with Link Contracting and Wirral Met College to provide work experience placements, employability skills workshops and apprenticeships

As a direct result of this collaboration two students were selected for apprenticeships with Link Contracting. Year 13 James and Year 11 Jacob started their Level 3 Electrical Installation apprenticeships in August 2021.
