GCSE / Vocational Award Results Collection and time slot for results day 21st August 2025

Please see below the time slot you have been given to attend school to collect your examination results. This time slot cannot be altered unless agreed by the examinations officer.

Please arrive at school 5 minutes prior to the given time slot.

• We request that all students wait outside the school in the main reception car park

• Careers advice and guidance will be available in the Assembly hall if required from our Careers Officer.

• All students who are returning to 6th form at Coop Academy Bebington must officially enrol with Mr Johns on the 21st (results day).

• If you are unable to attend school to collect your results and would like them emailed to you please email Miss Goodison jade.goodison@coopacademies.co.uk. (The email must come from you personally) Results cannot be given out to anyone other than the student unless they have requested this to Miss Goodison.

Students will be given a results slip on this day, not their exam certificates. Examination certificates are delivered to school from the exam boards in the Autumn Term.  It is the students responsibility to collect their examination certificates from school.  We will post information on our social media pages and our school website when certificates are available for students to collect.  Exam certificates are important documents, employers may ask for them in many years to come. We only hold these certificates for a maximum of two years thereafter that you will have to purchase them from each individual exam board at £40 per certificate. Please collect your certificates.
