Last week, over 90% of our amazing year 10 students went out on work experience.

During this time, they got to be accountants, hairdressers, engineers, joiners, chefs, solicitors, architects, civil servants, gym instructors, child minders and many more careers!

These experiences have

• Given them an insight into the world of work
• Developed their communication skills and confidence
• Built their employability skills for the future

A huge thank you to all the employers who supported our students, giving them your time and helping them learn. We rely so much on your good will and commitment to helping young people.

None of this would have been possible without the support from those at home. Thank you to all the parents and carers who helped find the placements, supported the students to get there and made sure they were prepared.
